Change of Congress venue
It was unfortuante that the congress venue was changed (due to occupational health and safety issues with the original venue). We appreciate that this caused inconvenience.

Did you participate in the GCM
For those participating online, the experience was sometimes frustrating and there were issues with connecting and staying connecting. We acknowledge and thank the work done by our partners to help; but we also were aware of the frustrations when the link would drop out or when there were issues with hearing what was said. Thank you for your patience.
Voting during the GCM.
The difficulties of connecting during the GCM, resulted in moving to a system of voting via email using separate forms – ID separate to actual voting; also paper voting for those physically present. It would be better if an online voting system (such as Mentimeter or similar) could be used. But it is also important to maintain anonymous voting and strong integrity and security.
